This isn’t just the area I work in, this is my home. These are the roads I drive every day, the communities I know well, and the places where my family’s memories have been built. I don’t just study these towns on a map; I live them, experience them, and truly understand how each one feels to call home.

I live in Moyock with my husband, Bryan, our three adult kids who still manage to keep the house full and lively, and our two sweet dogs, Niko and Nova. Our family is spread naturally across both North Carolina and Virginia, my oldest son lives in Virginia with his wife, which means crossing the state line is just part of everyday life for us. That constant back-and-forth has given me a real appreciation for how different each community can feel, even when they’re just a short drive apart.

Because of that, I understand firsthand how important it is to find the right location, not just the right house. Some areas offer quiet, small-town living. Others provide easy access to beaches, city conveniences, or major highways for commuting. Helping clients sort through those differences and choose what truly fits their lifestyle is one of the parts of real estate I enjoy most.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll usually find me at the beach with my favorite people. I love summer, salt air, and slow evenings by the water, the same lifestyle so many people are searching for when they move to this area. Northeast North Carolina and Coastal Virginia offer a unique balance of laid-back living, strong community connections, and beautiful natural surroundings, and I genuinely enjoy sharing that with the people I work with.

As a Realtor, my approach is simple: clear communication, honesty, and support every step of the way. My goal is to make sure my clients feel informed, confident, and never rushed. Many of my clients start out as strangers and quickly feel like friends, and I consider that one of the biggest compliments I can receive.
